This article is pretty much just talking about what’s legal to post to YouTube. In May 2008, YouTube got a 1$ billion lawsuit from Viacom for not protecting the rights of copyright owners. Many users on YouTube have posting videos on YouTube containing music and/ or clips from movies onto YouTube without the permission from the copyright owner. This has caused studios to lose millions of dollers in royalties. The article stated that it is legal to post videos to YouTube containing music if you disclaim that the music used in the video is not yours.

When YouTube removes videos on YouTube it irratates me because I can no longer watch it, but I know that it is for a good reason and should be done.
